What is Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP)?

DMP is a way to express feelings in a non-verbal way.  According to the ADMP UK website - https://admp.org.uk/ - "Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) recognises body movement as an implicit and expressive instrument of communication and expression. DMP is a relational process in which client/s and therapist engage creatively using body movement and dance to assist integration of emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual aspects of self.

What is Breath Work?

Breath is such an integral part of life and moving.  Poor use of breath can have a negative impact on our bodies, and breath work teaches us the tools to strengthen and bring awareness to our bodies, to ensure they are functioning in the most effective way.  We only use about 10% of our breathing capacity - imagine what we could do if we put more of our focus and attention on to our breath?

Can I book a session with you?
